First Bloom: Mahjong Anywhere and (subsequently Bloom Mahjong Anywhere) ("the app," "we," "us") is an educational app for learning American Mahjong. This policy explains what information we do and do not collect.

The app (and subsequent app) will not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information unless you use the email link to be added to our mailing list or you choose to sign up for a local event using information you provide to us.

Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores limited data locally on your device only, including:

  • current game progress, mahjong count, and a record of the initial onboarding screen completion.

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. It can be cleared by deleting the app.

First Bloom Mahjong Anywhere (and subsequently Bloom Mahjong Anywhere) does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no advertising and requires no personal information to use.

The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

The app currently contains no links to third-party websites aside from a link to this website’s local events listing. In the future, it may contain links to third-party websites (such as the National Mah Jongg League website or other mahjong related entities). If, at such time, links are contained within the app we will update our privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and will encourage you to review their policies.
